The TOD’S Group, The TOD'S Brand, The Double T Collection !

The € 599 Million Tod’s Brand ( +5.5% at reported rates 2015 vs 2014) out of the € 1037 Million ( +7.4% at reported rate 2015 vs 2014)   is proving the talent of Mr Diego Della Valle, the Chairman and CEO of a the Tod’s Group team.

This group  is one of the best Italian Luxury Group that operates in Luxury & Quality Shoes , Accessories and Apparel with the Tods, Hogan, Fay and Roger Vivier Brands.



The New Double T Collection, is getting Giulia and Camilia Venturini into “Double Trouble”. Both models sport buzz cuts, representative of their self-described “gender confusion” personal style. These identical hairdos make them fitting faces to portray the collection with parallel T charms.Tod’s short film is set to a rock soundtrack. The beat seems infectious, as both women are shown tapping their loafer-adorned feet along with the music.

STRONG GROWTH IN SALES AND RESULTS

 
Sales of €4,841 million, up by 18% and 8% at constant exchange rates. Recurring operating income amounts to €1,541 million (31.8% of sales), up by 19%. Net profitability reached 20% of sales in 2015.

  • Over 2015, all the regions posted growth Japan (+18%), Asia excluding Japan (+5%) improved thanks to sales development in China, despite a difficult context in Hong Kong and Macao. America (+7%) pursued its growth. Europe (+9%) performed well in the Group's stores, particularly in Bond Street store in London and the Gum store in Moscow. France (+6%) fared remarkably well, despite the negative impact of year-end events. 
 
  • The sectors confirmed their development thanks to ambitious creations.  Growth in Leather Goods and Saddlery (+13%), Ready-to-wear and Accessories division (+8%) with dynamic fashion accessories sector, particularly shoes. The Silk and Textiles business line (-1%), which was hard hit by the year-end events in France, suffered from a slowdown of sales in Greater China but continued to develop in the other. The Perfumes division (+3%) pursued its development thanks to the success of Terre d'Hermès and the new additions to the Jardins and Hermessences collections. Watches, which remained stable, continue to be penalized by wholesale business in a still challenging market, particularly in Asia excluding Japan. Other Hermès business lines posted solid growth (+9%), due largely to the success of Gold Jewellery and development in products for the home.

BUGGATI -  GENEVA INTERNATIONAL MOTOR SHOW 3-13 MARCH 2016 – THE BUGATTI CHIRON

For this occasion of the 2016 GENEVA MOTOR SHOW, Bugatti unveiled the Chiron, the 2.4 million euro ($2.61 million) successor to the Veyron. The car is faster, more powerful, and more beautiful than its predecessor, the absolute luxury car.

Bugatti head Wolfgang Durheimer said even he could barely believe the improvement:

“We asked ourselves, 'What do you do when you have already built the world’s best super car?'” Durheimer said. “Bugatti had to take one further step. It’s hard to believe we have delivered.”
 
Congratulations to Wolfgang Durheimer and all the Bugatti team for such a remarkable super luxury car.
